This bracelet is elasticated. It is a standard size of 17cm which will fit most wrists well.

Healing Properties:
Citrine is closely associated with the solar plexus chakra. It has an extremely joyous and uplifting energy making it perfect for those that need a boost of energy. We like to think of them as little balls of sunshine which impart self-confidence and serve to banish worry and negative energy.
Hematoid Quartz is a combination of hematite and quartz crystals which is said to connect the crown chakra to the root chakra. It’s a very grounding stone that can help to draw down chaotic energy and bring about a balance. In this way, it is like a friend that can look a situation and detangle your problem or issues into more manageable components. It clarifies and calms.
