Shipping policy

At Sunbeam Naturals, we offer free standard delivery on all orders over £40 (excluding any discounts), this should take 2-3 working days after dispatch.  

We will always endeavour to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. However, as our products are handmade in small-batches on some occasions it may take us a little longer to dispatch your items. 

If your order value is under £40, then delivery times will depend on which service you have selected.

If you have selected First Class (£6.50) you should expect your parcel within 1-2 days (excluding Sundays) after dispatch.

If you have opted for Second Class (£3.95) you should expect your delivery 2-3 days (excluding Sundays) after dispatch.

If your order value is over £40 then we will send your parcel via Royal Mail Second Class post. 

However, please allow for delays (especially during times like these). If your parcel is not with you 3 working days after your dispatch notification, then let us know and we will get our investigative hats on! Just drop us an e-mail at info@sunbeamnaturals.co.uk.
