Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days from the date of your order. In need of something for delivery the next working day or as a last-minute gift? Contact us at email@example.com & we will see what we can do!
Currently, we only deliver to the UK.
Firstly, we hope that you'll be over the moon with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied we would like you to get in touch with us!
Just ping an e-mail over to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of us will get back to you as soon as possible.
If an item arrives and it is faulty, damaged, or the wrong item please let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
If you purchase from us and you no longer want your items then we have a standard 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
However, for obvious reasons, you cannot return used items to us. If you have ordered clothing or accessories, we would appreciate that you return them neatly folded. Please note that we are a very small business and we are unable to accept returns on any item that is marked (ie. with fake tan or make-up.) Thank you for understanding!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply contact us at email@example.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Remember, you can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
